The Stick has a 90-day warranty against breakage or manufacturing defects
and a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee.

Returns

Email cs@intracell.net and obtain your Return Authorization Number.

Be sure to include the assigned RA # to the outside of the box.

Affix your own label directly over the original shipping label.

Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. Please insure your package in case of loss or damage.

Please note: We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Follow the Instructions Below

Return with a legible copy of your proof of purchase and include the assigned RA number and contact phone number. If your form of payment was credit card, the refund will be submitted to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. RPI of Atlanta will issue a refund check for items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check the day we process your return.

HOW TO PACK AN ITEM FOR RETURN - To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item in the original packaging. Damaged items are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN A GIFT - Please include a legible copy of the packing slip and follow above steps.
